煎香的雞扒淋上兩種特別調配的番茄汁，這口味的雞扒，廿多年來吸引了不少食客，也對它念念不忘。
說起怡保中央公市小販中心內的雞扒和豬扒飯檔口，對怡保人來說是最熟悉不過的。當年紅極一時的近打購物中心興旺的時候，這檔口的生意也一樣火紅；尤其是雞扒和豬扒，最受食客歡迎。
負責人姚瑞貞表示，她是用傳統的方式醃製雞扒，並選用了雞腿肉，口感會比較香滑；淋上兩種特製的番茄醬，加上荷包蛋和白飯，成了最佳搭配。
她說，她的檔以熟客居多，多年來都不斷給予支持，當中也不乏來自吉隆坡的食客。 |
