芝士炒蛋
(2人份)
材料 :
蛋3個,芝士片1片,牛奶,牛油各1湯匙,鹽,胡椒粉和適量
做法 :
1. 芝士切成2cm的方形後逐片拆爛,蛋打在碗內攪散,加入芝士,牛奶和各少許的鹽,胡椒粉拌勻.
2.燒熱平底鑊熱熔牛油,倒入蛋液,待蛋在半熟狀態時便快手盛起便成.

cheese + egg is nice, but there's another easier method....we don't need milk, maybe we need some pepper? according to your own preference. What we have to do is,
First, beat the egg then pour in into the pan
Second, place the cheese on the egg.
Then, wrap the cheese with the egg.

With this method, we can make sure that the egg is full-cooked. With the method stated above, there is a weakness. That is, we cannot fry the egg until it is golden. This is because cheese get  scorch easily.    [s:1]
