NOTE
most of the common public email service providers, such as Hotmail, Google and Yahoo! has recently tighten their anti-spam mechanisms, causing the activation emails sent from our server to the new users to be tagged as 'Spam' and stored in the Spam/Bulk folders (or whatever email folder in your mailbox that holds the tagged spam/junk emails)

there is a number of options to solve the problems:

1. GMail

- add admin@perak.org and juzhax@gmail.com in your contact list

2. Hotmail

- when you log in into Hotmail, or Windows Live Hotmail, goto the Options page and check the settings in Junk e-mail section:
* in the 'Safe and blocked senders' options, add admin@perak.org and juzhax@gmail.com in your 'Safe senders' and 'Safe mailing lists'.
* make sure the email addresses are not in your 'Blocked senders' list

3. Yahoo!

note that Yahoo! Mail tags suspicious emails as spam and put them into Bulk Folder for at least one week, by default.

- when you log in into Yahoo! Mail, click on the Options link, then goto Spam Protection.
- there are two sections in the Spam Protection: Spam Filter and Block Addresses
- in Spam Filter, make sure the SpamGuard is turned ON. then in the same section on 'For messages SpamGuard identifies as Spam:', choose Save these messages in the Bulk Folder for 1 month (so that you are be able to review the messages before they are deleted.)
- in 'Mark Spam + Not Spam' option, check both options.
- make sure admin@perak.org and juzhax@gmail.com are NOT in the Block Addresses list.
- add admin@perak.org and juzhax@gmail.com into your Address Book.

please note that you can always remove the above addresses from the settings of your mailbox anytime.

you can email us if you still have problems receiving the activation emails.
