磁碟打开不到，我不想 farmat ，请问还有什么办法可以拿回里头的 information? 因为里头的 information 很重要。请帮帮忙

The only method you can try now is try the diskette at others difference PC, if still cannot, then unless you willing to pay few hundreds to those data recovery specialist shop to do it for you.

You try read your question again see then you will get what I mean. . .
Diskette I don’t know, but I try before help customer send the spoil 40Gb HardDisk to recover, around RM400++, the charges is depends on the data size you want to recover also, if like more then 100Gb or 200Gb, can be charge for over thousands also. . .
Attention : don’t store you important data at the diskette, or at least make few backup copy of it, coz diskette is consider one of the most easy spoil storage media, it is a 15 years old technology. . .
